Very high keyed and real cooling for summer, mint is just crushed and put in a glass, then boiling water is poured over it and it steeps for a few minutes. Now you might think that this would result in a straight cup of minty tea however, the heat performs an act of alchemy and all sorts of nuances come curling out of the mint leaves. There is a sort of grapefruit smell in there, a hint of camphor and a tiny bit of a part of honey (not honey but a part of the scent of honey). Really lovely and perfect for the times when you are not sure what you want to wear, it's hot as a blast furnace out there and you want to have a perfume which isn't going to overwhelm your seatmate on the bus but will leave them and everyone else with the trail of something light and lovely in your wake.
